As a 6’3” rider I’m always skeptical of a store having my size. I struck luck at La Route Du Ventoux. The service was impeccable. This is the rental store you need for your epic climb up the Ventoux. They were also able to supply me with a mount for my Garmin Edge 530. I brought my bike shoes and they also had look pedals in stock to fit my existing cleats.
One thing to note for my future self is to pack my power pedals as most rental stores don’t have power meters in stock including this one for rent.
Doing the Ventoux on perceived effort worked out great as I’ve done the climb virtually on Zwift. I was quite thrilled with my performance as I beat my Zwift time by 20 minutes.
Be wary of the Strava segment at the finish as it finishes at the Tower. Best of luck on this most epic memorable climb.
Also, doing the climb from Bédoin and descending via Malaucène is the route I took and surely recommended.
